Default Gov't. Messin with our Fishing, Coastal and Great lakes????

I just ran across this article and it the first Ive heard of this. This is far more than just messin with the fishin. Has anyone heard of what this is all about.

I'll be writing my rep's. but as with anything associated with "my rep's." I'm sure I wont hear anything for abut 6 months.

The subject is regards policy "changes" regarding the coastal and Great Lake jurisdiction. Why doesnt this surprise me.

Check this out.

I ran into it while at the Shimano site.

Does this mean anything?
