Default Kunnan Rods

Does anybody know what happened to them? My dad hasd had one for 20 years and I just got one at a fishing expo but am looking to buy more. If any body could help that would be great.

Kunnan ....... thatīs a name I havenīt heard in a very looong time ( 15+ years )

They used to make pretty good rods for the money, I used to have a Kunnan 5'6" pistol grip rod, gave it to a good friend and fishing buddy of mine when he broke his Lightning Rod and having no money to purchase another I gave it to him.

I donīt know what happened to them or if theyīll ever be back in business.

Kunan went belly up, many years ago. I have a couple of their saltwater trolling rods, from around the mid-1990's. Pretty darn good sticks for the money.

The 2nd flipping stick I ever owned was a Kunnan. It was just OK, a little heavy but flipping sticks normally are especially if they are older or not expensive. I broke it pretty darn good, splinters flew everywhere as I recall.
