Default Need Help For April

OK guys, I need some info. Fishing a tourney mid April at Harris Chain of Lakes in Tavares. Will be launching by the Dead River. Never been there, not sure if I can make it over there any time soon. Would love to hear some general info about this chain of lakes. I google Earth it earlier. Lots of water and appears to be surrounded by residential and commercial property. Of course I figure to hit a lot of docks. Just wondering if one lake is more productive than others. Any areas to completely avoid. Any help will be productive. Thank You.

never been there, but like you said, try fishing some diff types of docks first and see if theyre producing any fish. if thats not working then i would go to some other shallow structure and look for some fish that are beginning to spawn.
