They're the '09 Kistler Helium II LTX rod. They aint THAT old Bassboss..... LOL. But they are getting harder to find in all but a few lengths and powers now. The 2010 LTX is only available in 5 rods (I think), and have cork handles. As I said, I finally found a perfect (for me) rod and Kistler changes it. I've used Kistlers for about 6 years and it's my biggest gripe - they are fantastic rods - but evey year they get changed, hard to build a locker full of rods over a few years when they are constantly being tinkered with. In my opinion the '08 LTX is the BEST Kistler rod ever produced, although the '09 with the recoil guides, may be just as good. Should you have any questions about Kistler, send me an IM. Most of last year's rods are available at about 50% off retail and are a very good value right now. Kistler's website: http://kistlerrods.com/

If you know my gear better than me, you need to get some of your own!

And that's not even fair, it's a new rod and I've barely fished with it yet. But yeah, I completely did forget about the Vendetta.
