Default New rod and reel

I was supposed to go to Bass Pro Shops this past weekend with InEccess. We cancled till next weekend. At the last moment I took a drive down to Cabelas in West Virginia. I bought a Kistler Magnesium 6'9" buzzbait rod and Revo SX reel. The rod also is good for spinnerbaits, flukes and senko type baits. The reel is sweet. I am going to get some Power Pro this sunday when we go to Bass Pro. I know a lot of you guys don't like Kistler but casting with one all day is effortless. I seem to be more accurate casting with it. More so than with my Airrus or St Croix. I want to get a frog rod (horny toads, etc) next. I might try a Shimano Crucial. Any thoughts on a frog rod?

Bob

Congratulations, It doesn't matter what we think, you are the one who is gonna fish with it. I use a BPS Extreme flipping stick for froggin.I paired it up with a Daiwa Millionaire CVZ 253 reel with 50 lb Tuf Line XP braid on it.The BPS Extreme takes abuse very well, I am happy with it as a frog rod.Let me know how you like the SX, I have a Revo S and I think its a heck of a reel, what time I have put on it before the season closed.
