the tiki sticks look like they would be killer for bedding bass. just fish it on a 3/0 or 4/0 ewg worm hook.

Was this a prize for winning one of the contests on the board? I was interested in donating something to one of these

You're welcome. All of those baits have caught bass for me. I use a 4/0 EWG hook for the Baby Paca Craws, witha 1/8 oz bullet weight pegged, it's awesome for pitching, and the 1/8-1/16 oz gives it a slow fall. The Beaver Knockoffs(those are ghost baits) I use the same way but I try to split the tails for more action. The Smithwick Rogue is a great jerk bait, and the Excaliber I haven't used much, but that particular color and size was one bait I hooked into something huge in the Tomoka river. The worms fish like worms LOL. Actually those Pulse worms are no longer available in the 6" size, you got lucky I was feeling nice LOL. The Mann's -1 is a super shallow crankbait, I use it a lot over shallow vegetation, and the color is my alltime favorite/productive with that bait. On the quad Buzzbait trim the skirt some, it will get tangled occasionally if you don't. Hope you catch a few hawgs on some of that, and congrats again on the team victory.

For the Paca's do you have the "claws" as the "tail" or is that the head?
Hope to give the stuff a whirl tomorrow or definently Turkey Day! |

The Claws are rigged away from the bullet weight to hang like the curly tails of worms do. They have a fantastic action on the fall, and retrieve actually. I've caught numerous bass on the retrieve, along with a redfish or 2 LOL.

I've had a lot of success using the Paca's as trailers on jigs. I use the regular Paca Craws and Baby Paca Craws. They give your jig a lot more bulk. The other reason I like them so much is because there isn't a nicer guy than Lakeguide Larry.

That Smithwick stick bait is a killer bait around here, especially in early spring after ice out. And I know that Manns crankbait you have there in the shad color would work well too after the spawn.

I got the Baby Paca's at Dick's Sporting Goods. They are local for me, even though I'm not a huge fan of their store. You can also order them on line with the link. I've been boasting about those things for awhile. They ruled on the fishing trip we took to Stick Marsh with bassintom, flfireman, and Kirk(my and tom's fishing buddy). It put them all to shame rotfl.
