Picked up a new reel
Picked up a Shimano NASCI 2500 at BPS last night. I can't wait to try this thing out. Talk about buttery smooth! Was going to head out tomorrow morning but they are talking over 4 inches of rain and strong storms between tonight and tomorrow might, so may wait till Sunday. Not sure fishing will be any good after storms like that, but I guess you have to take what mother nature hands you.

Well, I got out the following weekend and this reel is amazing! So smooth, like butter. I couldn't be happier. I was actually looking for another Symetre but apparently it is no longer made. I don't know if the Nasci is a replacement for the Symetre, but if it is, it's a good one.
