Went bass fishing today in the later hours of the morning...went to local lake surrounded by a development and nearby golf course. Ive generally had good success at this little lake...some decent size bass lurk around for sure. I chose to start off throwing out some live shiners and sit and watch the bobber...but that got old after about 2 hours...plus no action what so ever. So I tossed on a 3/4" spinnerbait I bought for 1 buck at the local walmart and hooked into a number of decent size bass. I technically caught 7 LM bass but I hooked in to many more and had trouble setting the hook for some reason today. I lost 3 fish including one MASSIVE LM after they took a big leap out of the water. Here are a few pics...Biggest of the day was a tad heavier than 2 lbs

Nice. If you ever get a chance, fish Melrose Park off 441 in west palm, I've caught some monsters in there.
