Very nice pictures indeed. Ponds are certainly magnets for a wide variety of life.

As one who spends way too many hours chasing small critters with a camera, I just want to mention that the last two pictures are of damselflies, the smaller, more delicate and weaker fliers than their close relatives, dragonflies.

Thanks, I'm shooting with a Canon EOS Rebel XSi. All of those shots were taken with a Canon EF-S 55-250 f/4-5.6 IS lens.

I never knew there was a difference until someone else told me that yesterday, but they are Damselflies. I guess you do learn something new every day.

Keith, thanks to my special version of Photoshop available on canon-fanboys.com/photoshop_canon_style, I don't have to imagine...

I can use my "Nikonizer" button to simulate a picture taken on a Nikon. Now remember, this is only set to 50%.

BEFORE NIKONIZER

AFTER NIKONIZER

All kidding aside, thanks guys, I appreciate the feedback. And you all know I just like messin' with you Nikon guys!
