One thing that would help the back fatigue is better shoes. Stress on the feet keeps traveling upward and really wears on the bad areas (knees and back for me).
I bet a pair of shoes like nurses wear would do wonders. Stay clear of candy striper uniforms though
A lot of the pros have tennis shoes with extra support. Even a pair of gel inserts would probably help

My back never hurts, but my feet do by the end of the day. I'm normally wearing Vans or some other skate shoes, which have Horrible support.

I'd try the gel inserts first if I were you. They're pretty cheap. I should do the same
