If you guys were using a jig head for a tiki stik or senko 5 in. what would be the avergage proper weight for 5 - 10 feet of water?

Probably a 1/8 oz. If I'm using a jig head it will have a Trick or finesse worm on it more than a stickbait, but that is just me. I did use a tiki dip stick as a jig trailer the other day, but no takers.

I've definently caught more bass weightless than even with a 1/16oz. or 1/8oz. bullet weight. T-rigging it.

Never did it, and doubt why, since the water was only 5-10feet.

IMO, I wacky rig or t-rig 5" tiki weightless(economic way )! that's all for tiki or sanko. If I use jig, I'll use P'N'J

just experiment,if they wont hit it,then but a light wheight on it and work your way up.it had got to the point were i was doing so good,i would use a tiki in any situation, and when it didnt work(only once)i would switch baits.i have never used a whieght with a tiki, and probbaly never will.if your just trying to get it down faster, use a kinami, there almost just as good but a little more exspensive, and sink faster.

I saw this on a show once. 1-4 weightless
5-8 1/16
8-10 1/8
Remember the lighter the better gives more time for a nice slow fall!
