Default Rain

its been raining for two days.. the road is virtually covered except in the middle.. and my yard is a swamp.. Its supposed to stop for a bit then snow like 4" tonight and tomorrow..

I figure with all this heavy rain the bass arent feeding so monday after school.. or if schools cancled due to snow i'm going to get out and fish till i cant feel my hands.. so what do yall suggest?

I'd use a black/blue chatterbait fished slowly, and if the water is not too cloudy, I'd also be tossing a Rattlin Rouge worked with a tug tug pause retrieve. Lastly, a 3/8 oz spinnerbait, white skirt with gold colorado blades.

She's not alone cause I moved to NC 5 years after lived 30 years in Ohio. Usually snow for 2-3 months. My ol lady lives here all her lives gets excited every time snow rolls here, she takes pictures of it, I tell her why don't you go out and do snow angel

scotty
havin lived up north for a long time and seeing snow for 9 months at a time. you get sick of it..REALLY sick of it...

this is what northerners face for months at a time..

i remember havin to haul a snow blower up on the ROOF of the house to blow the snow off to keep it from busting roof rafters in the house..

this picture was taken of me here in north carolina using the snow blower i own..

a man and his snow blower it's a wonderful thing...
