Default Amistad

Fished Amistad Lake in September with my small bass club, caught this one the day before tournament began, wife caught biggest for the tournament and the season..Hope everyone has a wonderful time fishing this fall...

my grandparents have a house on lake amistad in Del Rio, Texas. there is some great fishing there. my grandpa got a 15.3 pounder 30 years ago. or is it just a fishin story?!?!

had to repost, pictures did not upload,,still not too good at this stuff.. fished amistad again last week with my brother, caught a 7 lber will upload that picture after i have my wife download it from the camera...

Thanks, i thought so, i was so proud of my wife, i thought she was going to jump out of the back of the boat..she had another one a little bigger than that one but it got off right at the back of the boat as she was bringing it in..but it's good to see her excited..

Your granddad probably did catch a 15.3 lber from Lake Amistad. It's been known to produce some pretty big fish.

yea it has. i think the lake record is 16 or something like that. have you ever been to the fishermans gas station on the way to the lake coming from del rio? they have a wall that has the top 10 biggest bass caught there. its pretty cool
