Four Strokers, What's not to like?
Four stroke motors are now showing up as used more often and within the price range this blue collar can afford. But are there any problems that show up with those four stroke motors that 2 strokes don't have? Is ethanol blend a problem with the 4 strokes, is maintenance and service a bigger bill? What makes them unpopular?
Thanks |

Weight was a major issue until the new Yamaha SHO came out last month.
Also having a four stroke means you have oil changes to do. I don't know the intervals or cost. If somebody does please post so we can compare that price to something like how much 2 stroke oil you go through in the same amount of hours. |
