HELP! Go Pro Camera?
Anyone here have one? I'm thinking of getting one. I like the wide angle lens and it's waterproof, so I think that would be safer on the boat and kayak than a regular video camera. The only video camera I have now is VHS tape and it's too darn big and heavy by today's digital standard, and HD would be nice. Time for me to go digital, and if you have pro/con comments I would like to hear them. THANKS!

I have one.
They're great. If you want to save a few bucks, there is a knock-off version out there for $100 less that looks almost exactly like it, but as far as performance and warranty, YMMV.

NFE are they compatible with Windows Movie Maker? or do they have some kind of onboard editor?

KDS, they are non-proprietary, and simply store mp4's on a memory card. Just upload them to your PC and do whatever you want with them.
