sounds like a blockage. I would check the fuel line as well as an inline fuel filter for that tank. I am not familar with that exact model but have many duel tank boats have separate fuel filters for each tank.

Make sure that you have all switches going to the right tank. I have a Ranger with a button on the dash as well as a knob that you must turn on for the tank that you wish to connect,(directly below the seat).
There "could" be some water in the right tank, but (this is not likely). Are all lines connected to your right tank for a full changover of fuel. (Cances are that this is also not likely).

cheap and simple solution....unless some solenoid is involved....replace the fuel lines and change the filter..
did it always do this?..or did you or someone do some work on the boat, and then you have the problem?

All good things to comsider but so many people forget one thing before they start tearing a fuel system apart. CHECK the tank vent lines. A brand new switch and filters with a clogged vent and you still got problems.

Yea, I know what the problem is. You are a loser that did not ask his gear head brother what the problem might be.
Thats the problem. Your idiot brother has trouble shooted problems on internal combustion engines nearly his entire life, but you failed to ask him what this problem could be. Shame on you, brother. Pete |
