Scoundrel Worm

The pre-rigged Creme Scoundrel worm in natural color is the best lure ever for catching quantities of bass and pretty much any other fish that would take a look at a worm. When I fish it, it moves at a snail's pace so that it sinks very slowly and I add a tiny constant twitch to get the tail flicking/vibrating and the spinner spinning. Anyone else out there ever fish this amazing lure? If so, how do you fish it?

Any worm that has been sold for over 50 years has to have something going for it! I have seen guys fish it and call it the "horsehair in the trough" designed to do the slow wiggle under water. Def. a top notch finesse bait! I remember getting started with the cream/flesh colored creme worm, I guess from there I went to Culprits..heres a few of their colors

It's been a long time since I wet one of those, but I won't be in a hurry to go back to it now a days. I have had so much success with the senko and look a likes that it isn't funny. I also remember using the BPS floating worm for a while when I first started bass fishing. I like to think, that as long as you feel good about the bait you are using, your going to catch fish. Confidence is one of the keys to catching fish. Whether it's on a worm, a jig, whatever, you have to have confidence in your bait and your abilities to fool the bass into striking it. But, I betcha I can find some of those creme worms in the "storage box" for sure, I think they're right next to the Riverside Air Sieries baits....
