Northern Winter Bass
I'm jonesin' to do some bass fishing. Problems, I live in MI, it's winter and I fish from the bank.
Lakes, Lagoons and ponds are freezing or frozen. The Grand River is still flowing though. Can I catch a largemouth this time of year? Smallies? Do I have any hopes of catching a Bass here in MI this winter Or, am I forced to wait for spring. >: If anyone has any words of encouragement or tips please let me know, I'll be playing my fishing video games in the mean time. |

Check your fishing regulations for an "off season".......it may not be legal to fish bass all year long. Penalties are extensive if I recall correctly.

Mac's right. Looks like you'd have to quit at year end.
