Default The bad thing about fishing around here is

The bad thing about fishing around here is choosing where to go. There are over 400 choices in this county alone. Just about all the lakes have numerous pros and cons, just depends what I'm up for.

So help me out fellas,
Should I fish somewhere full of weeds this weekend, an open water lake, a numbers lake, a lunker lake, one with a bunch of boat traffic but excellent hawg fishing, day or night, clear water, murky water, stock tanks or natural, residential lake or remote location where 4wd is needed? Decisions decisions.

Wanting to go to Rodman, but if gas does what its expected to, I'd rather not drive that far since I get 6mpg with the boat loaded, 8mph without it loaded.

I would go to the lunker lake. One with weeds and clear water. Early morning......... Whatever you have done the best at before and produces the best for you. If they all produce great for you I say im moving lol.......

lol, I've been able to produce fish at just about all of them, there is only one lake I know of that doesn't support LM bass reproduction, something about the PH of the water being too low or high.

So which lunker lake should I go to, there's only about 75 of them.

Choose a number between 1 and 10 lol...... Just kidding...... I aoughta go fishin where you live. There are only maybe 1 or 2 public lakes in Mobile Co. and they both suck...... But back to the point...... Pick one that you feel will give you the limit you need to win the tourny........ If that includes all 75 then choose a number between 1 and 75..... uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu I dont know............ Just pick one lol.......

oh I hate when people walk up on ya while you're fishing and stand right next to ya. I was fishing at a local stock tank a few months back, had a family of 5 walk right up next to me as I was throwing some large crank baits. There was a little bit of wind so I was throwing them sidearm. The family literally had me circled. The dumb thing was, they had to walk from quite a distance to get to me, so I know they saw me casting, and they walk right up next to me, all 5 of them within 3 feet of me......7 foot rod. Idiots.

Yeah had that happen to me this summer. Went to a fishing camp up in Marion Co. and One afternoon we were blue gill fishing catching these huge coppernose bluegill. The next day we go back and the same people that were fishing the pond next to use were in our spot throwin trash everywhere. So what I did when we got out in the boat. We were tryin to move around them with the trolling motor so i teid on a big 4oz. weight and chunked in their spot about 8 times and then they left lol..........

I had accadentaly taken my freshwater box saltwater fishin so I had to get some leaders and crap. So I got a big 4oz. weight because the current was extremely fast at Dauphin Island that day. I didnt take it out of my box and there it was lol.........
