Shimano Calcutta Te 200dc reel
My wife gave me Shimano Calcutta Te 200dc reel for Xmas. If you have had experience fishing with this reel perhaps you can pass along any information about the effective use of this reel. In the user material that came with the reel the use of Fluorocarbon line is mentioned as something that requires special adjustment of the digital control brake. If I chose to not use fluorocarbon line what would be the recommended brand? Lastly is the any techniques, do or don’ts that specifically apply to the effective use of this reel? Thanks in advance Spike

Wow! You have one of the finest round reels out there. You can use it for just about whatever species you want. It's that good.
The only "DO" I can think of is to DO use it. I could only hope to wield a reel like that, but here is a review of that awesome reel. Congrats! http://www.tackletour.com/reviewshim...cuttatedc.html
