Default Tomorrows mystery bite

One more work day and I'm back on the water in the morning. After getting nearly 2-1/2 inches of rain this morning, and a very cloudy day today, tomoorrow is supposed to be bright and sunny and very warm, around 90 degrees. It will be interresting to see if the bass are still on their shad bite after such abrupt weather changes.

Should be interesting. First thing that comes to mind is a spinnerbait, shallow crank, and a beefy (not necessarily long) worm!

Just in case you were wondering! Good luck tomorrow Keith, hope ya catch a few that pic worthy!

I have 6 rods rigged and ready to go with the following. This is for a 4AM start. Jitterbug, buzzbait, Spro Poppin Frog, Bandit 100 "one of the ones I got from the Secret Santa", Spinnerbait and a wacky rigged Senko. Eventually the Jitterbug will be replaced with a Xcaliber 3" popper and the buzz bait will be replaced with a weightless soft jerk bait. Based on previous experience recently at this lake, that should get me through the day.

Good luck Keith. Really wish I could get out, just so damn busy...

Kory, sorry, but he already sent the rain to us. We needed it, although not nearly as bad, especially south of you...

It was awfull. Last weekend I caught 30 bass on this lake. Yesterday it was very brite cloudless skies, hot and no wind. I caught only one bass from 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Brutal. No one was catching anything. The high pressure system after two days of heavy rain really put the kabosh on things.
