Radio said it was felt from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Guess the New Madrid fault is still active.

It wasnt the madrid fault , it was the Illinois basin Ozark dome region. I live exactly 37 miles from the epicenter. It shook alot , and it was longer than the 10 seconds everyone is saying as I had time to get my wife , daughter and son up , and into a door way , and it was still shaking. At 11:15 am we had a tremor that was a 4.5 on the richter scale. I think the tectonic plates we live on are very interesting , the fact that they constantly move ( just look at hawaii ) is why we have the occasional plate shifting. Cool stuff really , just sorta scarry when your shaking uncontrolably.

Watch this video , it shows how long it lasted , and the amount of movement. This news station is actually further away from the epicenter than my house is.

Rattled my windows here in Central KY. I personally didn't feel it but my wife woke me up at 5:37 this morning saying someone was up on our roof. I heard the windows shaking and the mirror on my dresser though. Shook her up a little so to speak. Just glad no one was hurt and it is kinda neat that I have now been in an earth quake.

It was felt as far south has Kentucky and north into michigan a ways. I was not awake at that time, but my mom said she was up and felt it.
