Default what is your opinion on bass pro shops extreme rods?

i'm looking at an extreme baitcast combo from bass pro shops. what do yall think of it?

They are good rods-I just don't like the hump handle they have. If it wasn't for that I would use them more.

They're decent rods, but I don't care much for the hump handle either.

I like the rods, and I like the hump. I also like the fact that they have a weight balance kit available that will let you custom balance the rod/reel setup to your liking. My BPS rods are heavier than the other, but they fish lighter because of the balance. I have one that is weighted very heavy on the butt so that if you are pulling crankbaits all day, you don't wind up fighting the rod. The weight in the butt helps compensate for the pull of the crankbait.

I don't know if that makes sense the way it's typed, but it works.

5 out of 7 are BPS rods. Dont mind the hump at all, also seem to be a very well balanced rod right out of the box. The weight kit is also nice, though I dont have a need for it. Have had 0 problems with them. Broke one, my fault- got a new one.
