Call Me Grandpa!
Got me a eight pounder tonight! Our very first grand daughter was born at 5:05 tonight, Her Name is Aubrey. weighed in at eight pounds and twenty inches. We were with my daughter this afternoon at the birthing room at the hospital, and by three they decided to take it C section, took ten minutes to get the baby out, we got to all watch it being cleaned up and examined and got to hold it afterwards, it sure went fast, back when we had kids they had my wife in labor for a day and a half.

 I remember when my son was born by C-section. I was in there for that trying to hold my ex's hand and watch what they were doing too. Took the baby to the clean up station then they told me to go back and hold mama's hand till they got her to sleep so they could close up as I walked behind the ob she held up the innards and showed me what the fallopian tube and all was. It was cool.
