Default DH2 buzzbait

Has anyone ever used one of these?
If so is there an advantage over a regular buzzbait?
And is it worth nine dollars?

take a #31 size drill bit, drill through the lead on the original buzzbait, get some really fine wire like the size used on spinnerbait, run through the drilled hole, then buy two small willowleafs and attach to the wire, and bend..actually if you went to walmart and bought a one dollar twin willowleaf spinnerbait, you could use the wire and blades off it and attach to the buzzbait....all tho blades are for slowing the bait down, and added attraction/flash.

I ONLY fish double prop buzzbaits now because of how slow you can fish em... They too are pricey, but id pay 20 dollars a pop if that was the set price. Ive caught far bigger, and many many more fish since switching to a double prop buzzbait. nothing even compares in my book. and for the record, I dont make buzzbaits haha.. im just a fan

Well, unlike MMiB, I fish regular ol' single blade buzzbaits all the time. I think the Buckeye buzz that you asked about is just another way to try and make a better mousetrap.

If I were going for a feature that set a buzzbait apart it wouldn't be the willow blades on that particular one. I catch hundreds of bass a year on the buzzbaits I throw now. I did however switch a couple years back to the Leverage Lures buzzbaits and spinners because of the Flexible hook that they have. Now that was a benefit that I thought was worth it.
