I highly recommend everyone to get a copy of the Sept/Oct 2011 issue. Not only does this issue have very good fishing info, be sure to read the story on page 30 titled 10-50. It's a tear jerker for sure. The story about what happened to, and happens to the police officer will break your heart and warm it as well. A very good read.

Awesome article Keith. I met J Todd Tucker at the Smith Mountian Lake Elite Series tournament a few years ago, super nice guy. I can't believe they just fired that police officer. That's just terrible.

I thought there would be some law about firing someone that got hurt on the job. I sure feel for the guy.

I read that article to Britney the other night and I struggled to get through it between misty eyes and choking up. Everyday I look foward to fishing with my son and that story really hit home, like all of Don Barones articles seem to do.
