Default Bass Pro shops return

OKay so i ordered a St. Croix Premier and it cam it was a spinning so i send it back and it has been two weeks and still isn't here. i usually wait like 4 days for any other order. i ordered it online. has anyone else sent something back for an exchange to bass pro shops? similar stories

I've never had trouble returning something that was sent to me in error. I recieved the wrong trolling motor once, and they had another on the way before I even got the original one sent back. I'd call and ask for sure about whats taking so long. Despite the intentions of BPS, it is still run and operated by people, and people can make mistakes. They may not realize there is an issue needing corrected. The rod you want might even be back ordered. I've had that situation more than once myself. I'd check into it.

I actually just got it today. i love it but it did take longer then i thought it would but still the right rod.
