Default Almost double zero report July 25

Capt Dave and I had crews committed to snakehead fishing. We hit all the good spots and had some follows and some hits. But none of them got hooked. My crew did get one little bass on a POP-R just at dark.

Tide was lower than normal at high and we had a lot of boats on the creek. The cool weather and the wind played badly on the bite.

When fishing gets tough you work harder to make it happen. And without the feedback from the eight or so boats fishing the same creek you could second guess your lures , tactics and luck. Most every one we met had similar luck.
