Default xpi 5/5/5 charger

I bought one in November from bps. nice unit and love it. For some reason it died and wont work at all. I placed a call to bps, and was told that since it was within a year to bring it back in and they would replace it with no hassles!!!

Gotta love the bps!!

Does anyone else have one, and if so have you had any issues with it??

ugh its an xps not xpi my typing sucks!

i suggest using a 10-10-10 charger...i had an XPS and bass pro jerked me around so much with it after it crashed.i have not bought a thing from them in years.(i know how to hold a grudge)i e-mailed them telling them to stop sending me catalogs(didn't work)...anyway get the 3 bank 10 per..

BPS is usually pretty good about taking care of their stuff. I had an Extreme reel start grinding and not reeling a while back. Yesterday Flyrod and I went to BPS and he reminded me to bring the reel. They gave me a brand new one, no hassle at all.

Back to the original-I had a Bassmaster 5-5 go out after a couple of years-didn't get a free one but did get one pro-rated from ProMariner.

I went to bass pro yesterday, took the charger with me and talked to steve in the electronics dept, told him what had happened, and he grinned at me, and handed me a new charger. Then I went shopping for some other things, Steve noticed I didnt have a cart, and went and got me one.

Went to the return desk with the new charger, and all my other goodies, and the little cutie at the counter not only took care of my return, but rang up all my other stuff, gave me my 10% military disount, pointed to a little united states marine corp pin on her store smock, gave me a hug and said "My boyfriend is a marine in Iraq right now, I hug every marine I see ( I had a usmc hat on).

I have not left a store with such a good feeling in years. My charger was replaced free of charge with no hassles whatsoever, I got a nice little discount on my other goodies, and a huge hug from a cute young girl!

Tell me....does life get any better than that?
