New Baitcasting Combo
Hey guys, i just got back from Dick's Sporting Goods, and i picked another new baitcasting combo. (LIKE I NEED ANOTHER ONE!!!) It is a new crankbait rod, a 6'6" med. action fast tip quantum rod with a Quantum Tenacity Reel, a very smooth one in fact. The orig. price was 99.99 and i got it for 39.99, so how was i not going to buy it!! Well just thought i would share. ALSO, WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE LINE AND LINE WEIGHT FOR CRANKBAITS, right now i use 12lb. trilene big game and it works fairly well

My favorite for crankbaits right now would have to be #10 Cajun RedCast (Mono).
I will sometimes use #12 Trilene XT Low Vis Green or #12 Big Game like you. By the way, nice deal and setup. Congratulations on another rod/reel.
