From back in the day

Here are a few photos I found recently of myself back when I was a kid. These date back to about 1970. My family was taking it's annual fishing trip to Big Thunder Lake in Minnesota. I'm the goofy kid in the straw hat.

Boy did these photos bring back some wonderful memories!!! I thought it would be fun to see some photos from some of our other members from their childhoods. So, if ya got some pics of when you were a kid, let's see them.

OK, got it. I see it now. Looks like just a shade under an hour straight east of the lake (Belle Taine) where our cabin in. How long since you stopped taking your annual trip there?

They won't load for some unknown reason. And I can't remove the post. Ughhhh

Maybe I'll post them in FB. One would think the author of a thread could delete his own thread. Maybe I can, but I don't see that option anywhere.

Do you have them on your hard drive, Keith? If they are, just click the "Go Advanced" button at the bottom of the page, find the paper clip button that's just to the right of the smiley faces, and click "Browse" to find them. Then hit "Upload," and they should be there.

Oh, and no, you can't delete whole threads, only individual posts. So, this one will remain here forever as a monument to your epic failure.

Thats exactly what I did Daniel. Straight from my hard drive using the paper clip. It works all the time. Except these 3 old pics. Very odd.

Kieth I have no idea how to fix but I can tell you it happens to me too.
Very very rarely but when it does no one seems to be able to have an answer. I've actually pestered quite a few people on this. Nothing pisses me off more than posting somewhere, you can see it but no one else can. And yes I've tried everyway I can to delete original thread with no success.

When and if you find the solution to the challenge please share.

I just load my pics up to a free photobucket account and then post the IMG codes here. Quick, easy, works every time.
