Default 3X Baits

I was given some of the new 3X Iguanas yesterday and tried them on a C-rig. didn't get a hit, but I was pleasantly surprised-it didn't get all sticky like the 3X baits I have used in the past-maybe they got that stickiness problem solved. If so I'll sure try them again!

Ya we carolina rig black iguanas at night during the summer. They tear em up! They have excellent action. Good for t-rig 2.

My only complaint about them is that it's hard as heck to pull them off of the hook to re-rig them. You have to stretch them like 4 feet to get that last little pit of plastic off of the barb.

One of these days they will makes those superplastics work...kinda like original spiderwire which came out in the mid 90s or so, it wasn't all that great in practice, but 10 years later we get PP.

hey reb,
im assuming that the iguanas are a lizard type of bait? What sizes do they come in?? Might just have to try some for the spawn next spring...

i like to leave my 3x plastics in water a little too long, they grow about 3 times the original size and end up even softer. although I imagine a 10" lizard left in the water would just end up being too big a bait......dang, imagine that, me saying something is too big of a bait.

They do, Lizards. I have to admit I was impressed. Like I said, if they have fixed the stickiness problem I'll start fishing them again.
