Agreed, that is kinda what I was saying. But he needs to spend some time in the seat and get used to crossing waves so that he will know the angles he needs to hit them at and when he needs to trim/slow down.

Actually I think my Glastron with it's SSV (super stable V) hull handles the waves really well...although with my 90HP OB, I'm not screamin like some of you out there. Still, I hit a couple of big wakes on a busy lake on one outing that made me really take notice.
All this being said, I'm pretty conservative - I stopped being immortal a few years ago

Yeah it's a big enough boat that you will probaby be shocked at how well it handles big waves.

I'VE SEEN ALOT OF THAT TYPE OF BOAT NONSENSE IN MY TIME. IT JUST SHOW US ALL THAT COMMON SENSE ISN'T ALL THAT COMMON.
