Tuesday - 10/30/07
Me and my father got to get out today. Bird Lake, nothin' too much, but all in all a fun trip. Caught two on the new Booyah 1/2oz. Gold shiner color spinnerbait; dinks, 13" at the biggest. Fish seemed to come in about 10-14 f.o.w on very sharp drop-offs off of the points in the lakes. Also caught one trout, dad did anyway...

For some reason it was tough for me tonight too. At least you guys caught something, we didn't. It was really frustrating when another guy had a 4.5 lb smallie and 10 pound bag for 3 fish.
I did catch a ~24" Walleye, but I didn't know what to do with it so I kicked it back in the lake off the deck of the boat. |
