Default LCB Lake report

VERY windy today, to the point that the trolling motor could not help keep boat in place. It was slow, Caught one fish in the last 30min of the trip, about 13in, other than that, nothing. These summer patterns are confusing, water temp is exceeding 80Deg F. Cover is available (cattails) but they dont seem to be there. Any suggestions?

Drift sock? I was using one all day today, 54" one I think. It really helps to stabilize the boat but it is a pain to move with the TM when it is in the water.

what time of the day were you out ? the fish are prob deep in that temp unless there is a good shaded area around the cover .

Bender, I did use a drift sock, but it was so windy that it just was no help.
Jim, morning, I got there around 745am, (Park opens at 7).

thanks,
