Rebbasser in hospital.

Reb called me circa 10PM last night (Monday) to inform me that he is in a local hospital awaiting an angiogram (sp?) to be performed at 8:30AM today.
Over the past few days he's experienced some "tightness" in his chest so they're gonna do all the right things in order to identify the cause and take remedial action.
Prayers are welcome and appreciated.
I will keep you posted as the good news comes my way.
What next? Zooker's ailing. Reb dragged ME kicking and screaming to the ER last week for a long overdue visit concerning a "friendly fire" (and it WAS friendly...she didn't mean to do it.) injury to my "boys" and I'm still semi-laid up. Now it's my good friend and bassin' buddy in the hospital with a suspected ticker issue.

Not what I wanted to hear getting online this late. Lancer6, keep us up to date and tell him we are all praying for him. We have had a terrible epidemic lately with him and Zook and a couple others.

Reb was the first person on this forum to really befriend and welcome me, sending some Reboriginals spinners for my then 8 year old boy. A true class act. Thoughts and prayers obviously.

I just spoke with Reb as he was being prepared for his date with some Irish chick...a Miss Angie O'Gram, if I heard him correctly. I will receive updates from Mrs Reb as available and forward as appropriate.
Yeah, these past few days have been a trial for our happy little band of brothers.

UPDATE!

I just spoke with Reb and he reports that the results were AOK! He'll try to post sometime later today or this evening.
Thanks to all for the prayers and good wishes on behalf of one of the best true friends a man could have.

And now...I'm gonna head to the Fox and/or Hound where adorable fillies will ply me with hugs and Maker's Mark. Whew!

Glad everything turned out OK Reb. There is a benifit of having a scare like this though, you've gotten lots of test that you normally wouldn't have had, and that's good. so you just gotta look at it that way.

Glad everything is good. Im thinking lower your cholesterol, watch your diet, cut out unneccessary stress. That's the normal from most Doc's.

Everything checked out fine. I got sprung from the hospital this afternoon but am on limited duty for the next couple of days. Otherwise everything looks good.

Heading to the lake looks REAL good this weekend! Hopefully Mrs. Reb will let me go!
