Default Ranger Bass Boat problems

I have a 1994 Ranger 170 Sport, I have lost electrical power to the key switch. When I try to start the engine it will not do anything. I am trying to track the the electrical circuits from the factory wiring diagram. Has anyone had this problem and if so what would the best thing to look for?

Yes, do check the fuse on the moter. The moter is, perhaps (not certain), underneath the motor...which is on the back of the bote...which is under the boat...which is probably on the trayler...which is next to the trailer...which might be in the grosh...which may be behind the garage (You'll find THAT next to the hows...which ought to be somewhere near the house...if yew're lukki.)

1Fast,

Not a Chivas Beagle...I mean, Regal, fan. I enjoy a good single malt, such as Glenfiddich, now and/or then, but usually it's a Tanqueray Martini BEFORE the meal (not breakfast, THAT'S for tequila,) and a Maker's Mark Bourbon for dessert.
Not drinking at all last night or this AM. It's just my normal jackassery at work when I post stuff like that. It's inspired, mostly, by the asshattery to be found on some forums related to Oklahoma U., such as The Dawg Pound, OleVet's Posse, and SoonerFans (South Oval section.) No harm intended to anyone.
