It was a rough night here last night, and I live south of where the really bad stuff was. 5 dead so far, lots of folks without power, and lots of damage. Prayes to the family of those whom lost their lives, and prayers for everyone else effected by the storms.

Ya, South Arkansas wasn't hit near as bad as the central part of the state.

It was a bit tense around here for awhile.....Scenes from the April'09 tornado filled our heads while we waited for what was headed our way in the darkness. Once the tornado sirens sounded we hunkered down in our safe spot within the house and listened to a portable weather radio we now keep handy. We got hit with a lot of what seemed like straight line winds from watching my neighbors American flag stand straight out and trees bending in the wind but i'm not sure if we had any tornado's touch down in the area or not. But thankfully the storm passed over us without doing much damage. Thanks for checkin on us gang.
