The last two Force outboards that I saw blew up. One was used for about two years and the other was used about four.
Beware of those Force outboard motors. They could go out reguardless of how well they are treated.

Have heard a lot of bad stories on them. This one has done me well and would prob keep till she dropped but wrong setup for my boat. Have had several Chryslers over the years and they all did me pretty good long as you keep em cool. Have even pulled a few stranded new boats in to dock that were very grateful in the 90 deg. sun. I have had better service from Mercs and Johnsons but I cant bash the simple design of the Forces and Chryslers either.
