Memorial day bass
I managed to find time to wet a line today. I chose not to deal with all the holiday boat traffic. So I fished a local pond and caught a total of 5 bass with some 5" YUM Dingers, Watermelon RedFlake, wacky rigged. Bluebird sky, air temps were near 80F and rising fast with little to no wind. The bite was very light and required me to wait on the fish to load the rod before setting the hook. Talk about having to fish patiently and waiting for the right moment.
