Default let's talk bass weather.

I've never really gotten a straight answer on this.. What aproximate temperature do bass stop feeding? Can you technically catch bass in 40 degree weather? Are they just less active? Please help me here lol.. I never had the knowledgeable uncle who taught me everythin lol.

They dont stop feeding lol... Bass are opertunistic feeders even if they do seem to get tight lipped at times... they do get less active in freezing conditions but they'll still bite ya just gotta finesse em a little with a hair jig

Couldn't have said it better myself at all!

If bass stopped feeding in water < 40*.. what would they do all winter!

I caught 7 largemouth bass in the past week and the water temp is in the upper 30's. Bass will feed no matter what temp the water is. But they may slow down their feeding considerably under very cold or very warm water temps.
