People who are either insane or genius think out of the box,their is but a fine line between sometimes.
Other than towed dont see a lot of storage.

It need a 150 Merc on the back...
That's funny, but does a water craft like that need registration numbers?
And if they were thinking, they'd have a grill and sell hot dogs and hamburgers on the water to the fishermen along with cold drinks.
So many possibilities there...

Actually boogie it would req a food service lic and to pass must have sinks etc large enough to put their largest stuff in,but not a bad idea.

Basically floating bar/rest on floats,yes nearby paris landing over in standing rock bay back end,do serve very cold beer-had one last year(one was driving boat)
Instead of picnic tables min tiki huts.
