Wiring Harness [Lazer and zooker]
I was thinking the other day, if i get another motor, would i have to get a new wiring harness plug in? or are some of the same era the same plug?

There are a couple of years that will work. If you get another motr can I suggest you getting one that is newer. Those older motors USE to be good ones but there are far better ones available and usually you just gotta look around. Of course a newer one requires a different harness but easy to install.

will it wire back into my old box? the little contol box thing? i need a desperate re-wire anyway..

I bet you need to rewire. What year is that motor? I had a 64 rude and the harness was rotten.

the boats a 68.. the main wires are like heavily electrical taped.. i didnt bother, i jsut taped over..
