Good Idea (if your a redneck like me)
Good way to keep pliers, clippers and misc. stuff from laying on the floor of the boat. Of course Bama could use it as a live well.

That's the funniest doggon thing I have heard all day.
I seen that on another site, I agree that it is a creative and probably effective idea. Wouldn't work for me though because I never have my seat on the front deck. Bama using it for a livewell............man that is an instant classic.

haha! I love! Most of my life I've used a 5 gallon bucket for a tool box!

Yer not the only one - they've been making tool 'belts' fer 5 gallon buckets for years. Kinda neat actually with pockets inside and out-much handier than a box or tote where stuff gets buried down under...and it's always the tool you need that's on the bottom!

The term reneck is rather loosely applied nowdays, inception being the Mingo county war W.Va.,miners tied red hankechiefs around their necks to tell them apart from coal miners hired guns,it took 5000 us marines to quell it-net end result us troops are not permitted to be active internally or fire on the civilian population-thus national guard. The machine gunning of a woman and several chidren, strafing and even bombing by an airplane(privately owned) is what brought the publics att on the matter, and the reasoning against us troops being used inside its borders.ps we won. Eventually the company store ,and script along with absolute mine control went down the tubes as a result.
Its a rather innovative idea and if usefull to the person,so be it,but doesnt make them a redneck. And if some misguided soul apples the term to me,dont feel badly about it as know the true meaning. I rather like the folgers coffee can but for a different reason, have a strapped pouch on seat stand for tools, but no front deck storage(allison 2002),end up with discarded crankbaits on the deck, every idea ive comeup with a small storage place to put them is a trip hazard, thus would give me a place to discard them temporarilly, but will drill holes in the sides to let water out. well to let you in on something i learned about the term "redneck" is that it started with farmers in the begining. because farmers always had a RED neck. thus they were called "rednecks" by the elite folks. now.......it is applied to anyone just about.

You might be a redneck if:
You need one more hole punched in your card to get a freebie at the House of Tattoos. You need an estimate from your barber before you get a haircut. The biggest fashion risk you take is which plaid you'll wear to the 4-H Fair. You have flowers planted in a bathroom appliance in your front yard. Your wife weighs more then your refrigerator. You move your refrigerator and the grass underneath it has turned yellow. You mow your lawn and find a car. You can spit without opening your mouth. Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night involves putting on shoes and a jacket and grabbing a flashlight. You go Christmas shopping for your mom, sister, and girlfriend, and you only need to buy one gift. Taking a dip has nothing to do with water. There are more than ten lawsuits currently pending against your dog. You take a fishing pole to Sea World. The hood and one door are a different color from the rest of your car. You've ever filled your deer tag on the golf course. You've ever shot somebody over a mall parking space. Santa Claus refuses to let your kids sit in his lap. Your toilet paper has page numbers on it. You think mud rasslin' should be an Olympic sport. The receptionist checks the rat traps at your place of business. More than one living relative is named after a Southern Civil War general. You think the stock market has a fence around it. ... http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=redneck
