Default New Rod/Reel Combo

So, I just got my taxes back yesterday and I'm looking to purchase a new rod and reel. I was looking at the BPS Johnny Morris Signature combo or the Abu Garcia Revo SX and the BPS Extreme rod.

Just a little back ground: I have a BPS 7' M Extreme combo (6.4:1), a 6'6" MH Bionic Plus (6.3:1) combo and a 6'6" MH Clunn Topwater combo (7.1:1). Then another 7' MH and 6'6" MH junkers...

Or would I be better off getting two of the others instead of one "nice" one?

One last one. I have the 6'6" M Extreme spinning rod with a Pflueger President, should I get another or is one good enough?

Thanks.
Drew.

Boy, ain't that the truth!

MI, I'd recommend getting the one that feels right to you, regardless which one it is. If you have enough left, go for 2. If not enjoy the one.

Reb, it's not that if I have enough left.... I still have enough to put a down payment on the new/used boat...

Well, in that case, you KNOW you need 2, if not more.

Been there and done that, amigo. A few weeks back I ran into BPS for ONE(1) item that is listed for $1.99. $100 later.......

I've been there as well.... the girlfriend doesn't like that! I'm just not sure if I would want the two (Clunn and Extreme) vs. one $200+ combo. BTW, I still have about $350 in my "wish list" at BPS as well. That'll come after my ski trip to Vail.
