What's That Your Eating?
I thought it would be interesting to know what everybody had to eat today.
Well I'll start it off by saying that I fried up some chicken(legs and thighs) that I seasoned with garlic, onion, salt and pepper, rolled in flour, then 20 minutes in the deep fryer making them extra crispy. The next time I'll try the Italian dressing marinate; that should taste good. ~Mark |

Yesterday was a fishin day. Started at 4 AM with coffee and some cookies. Breakfast round two was a turkey ham and cheese sandwich. Same thing for lunch. Fried flounder and trout for supper, with some salt and pepper chips, and a lil pound cake when I got home.

a pot of coffee and made pancakes for my daughter and myself. They were good, however I think she had too much syrup... she's been bouncing off the walls for the last three hours!!!

JB, don't it tick ya off knowing were still havin a few beers by the fire! The only fires I want to see now are camp fires, lol. Had grilled burgers, potato salad and beans with a few beers last night before the temps dropped into the low 30's again.

Breakfast wasn't good at all so I'm skipping that. Two sandwiches for lunch. Ate half a Hershey bar this afternoon. Cooked a pizza and made some homemade Mac & Cheese for dinner. Also did some smashed potatoes for later in the week when I have to work late. I'll probably eat them with some fried chicken I'll cook tomorrow. Plenty of left overs .

Gruel, stale bread, and a bean I found in the bottom of the fridge. For dessert I licked a couple of envelopes. I prefer Manila...more flavor.
