Default Trim Tab setup

I took my new boat out for the first time today and got through 2 hours of the break-in. WOW, what a lot of fun driving it around since bass season isn't open in Michigan. I did bump it up a little to 55 MPH on the GPS, still within the specs of the break-in with ~1200 RPM left.
The only question I have is that this trim adjuster seems to have gotten out of adjustment. I spent 2 hours cleaning the boat and noticed it. I think that it was 1 "click" in the other direction before I went out and now it is all of the way in the other direction. The manual says how to adjust it, but not the initial setup.

It needs to be to the port side to compensate for the torque of the engine in a single engine application such as this.
