deep water searching rig is a carolina rig, basically any worm or other plastic tied to a leader with a heavy egg sinker

THEN,
theres a drop shot rig,

USING a whacky hook rig on a senko or tiki stick looks like this:

And there you have it . Step up and get your bassin basics diploma. Theres a mojo rig, a splitshot rig, the hawaiian rig, or sometimes called the pineapple rig, which really is a heavy duty drop shot rig. There is also a thing called the Yankee rig, Hell yes, Texas got one named after them so why the hell not have a Yankee rig ? Look them up your self, your alot younger than I am. Holler if you can't find them. P N J

DBake, I use alot fishing in the outside weed edges here. I use 14 lb test line a 1\0 Gamakatsu straight shanked worm hook and I don't use a spider grub, I use a 4" handpour paddle tail I found in California.Any weight will work, I use a mojo cylinder weight pegged on the bottom.P N J
