Wow! That is a very thorough article. I especially like the worksheet example at the end of it. Thanks for the link!

Great article, thanks for sharing. Looks like there is no "one brand is better than another", they fish different. Different functions for different conditions.

I'm just a purist you say lipless crankbait i think Rattl-Trap. It's like going to a Italion Restraunt & Getting served by Mexicans. Somthing just don't seam right about that. Besides with Rattle-Trap you have Floater divers, Fast sinking, magnums & Ultra lite sizes. Oh don't forget the Pro Trap as well. All you need in 1 name brand. But when i here Swimbait i think the orignal MR twistor Sassy shad. Not all this other stuff.

PNJ,
I have fallen in love with the lipless crankbaits in 2007, now carrying in to 2008. They have never failed me yet, and my catch rate on them increases each time I try them. I landed over 22 bass in 2 hours at a pond near here. Granted it was a pond, but it was my first catches on a rat l trap like that. Ever since that day in march, I have been hooked. My favorite colors are blue/chrome and red craw. I like Bill Lewis, CC Super Spots, and Spro Aruku shads. You can do so so many different things with this bait. It rekindled the power fishing in me.
