Default I'm convinced PNJ is right about gripper teeth

Well my thumb is really bloody, seriously it's bleeding right now. I went out again today and caught around 12ea LM. All of them had sharp teeth, not to mention the smallest one was about 2.5lbs, and biggest was around 7lbs But everyone of these fish today had real sharp teeth, as have most everyone I have caught down in FL. They mainly feed on the shiners/baifish so I am totally convinced you're a Genius PNJ. That was a terrific insight, and I have pretty much been using all baitfish imatations to catch the fish. Occasionaly I'll catch one on a craw, but most all of them are looking for shad. Oh yeah, the fish are definately fat, spawn isn't far away.
